Classic Green Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of green tea leaves
  • 1 cup of water
  • Honey or lemon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat water to just below boiling point.
  2. Add green tea leaves to a tea infuser and place in a cup.
  3. Pour hot water over the leaves and steep for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove the infuser and add honey or lemon if desired.

Mint Green Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of green tea leaves
  • 1 cup of water
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil water and pour it over green tea leaves and mint leaves.
